Key Responsibilities
- Execute the processing of company bills and expenses on a weekly basis via a third-party payment system.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the semi-monthly payroll processing, which includes data entry and thorough reconciliation.
- Support payroll modifications, encompassing earnings adjustments, deductions, and direct deposits.
- Conduct thorough reviews and audits of monthly benefit invoices for precision.
- Aid in year-end processes and compile the necessary documentation for external audits.
- Generate reports for the HR, Accounting, and leadership teams as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal accounting.
- Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding organizational abilities.

- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
