We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced HR Tech Consultant specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging HR technology to drive transformative solutions within the HR landscape. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consultation on Workday and various HR technology solutions to HR leaders and business partners.
- Spearhead and manage M&A and divestiture deployment initiatives across a range of HR technology platforms.
- Supervise HR technology product areas, vendor partnerships, and solution implementation within our HR ecosystem.
- Employ outstanding project management abilities to execute intricate projects with minimal supervision.
- Collect and interpret business requirements into comprehensive technical documentation.
- Facilitate system performance management, configuration prioritization, and change requests.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to propel HR's strategic objectives through innovative technology solutions.
- In-depth HR technology expertise, coupled with consulting proficiency and project management acumen.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and delegation skills essential for leading customer teams independently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS) and application configuration.
- Proficient in system performance management, change request management, and business process mapping.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree combined with 12 years of experience in HR, IT, or cloud-based solutions; or a technical certification with 14 years of experience; or 16 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, SumTotal, and additional HR technologies.
- Workday Certification or equivalent experience in at least 3 Workday modules.
