Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level consultation on Workday and an array of HR technology solutions to HR executives, business partners, and service center teams.
- Spearhead and oversee deployment initiatives related to M&A and divestitures across various HR technology platforms.
- Manage HR technology product domains, vendor collaborations, and solution rollouts within the HR ecosystem.
- Employ robust project management capabilities to navigate and execute complex projects with minimal oversight.
- Capture and convert business requirements into precise technical documents.
- Assist in managing system performance, prioritizing configurations, and addressing change requests.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to advance strategic HR initiatives through innovative technology solutions.
- Comprehensive HR technology expertise coupled with consulting proficiency and exceptional project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, SumTotal, and other HR technology platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS) and application configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking capabilities.
- Proficient negotiation, coordination, and delegation skills.
- Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, IT, or cloud-based solutions, OR a technical certification with 14 years of experience, OR 16 years of experience in HR, IT, or cloud-based solutions.
- Workday Certification or equivalent proficiency across three or more Workday modules.
- Experience in system performance management, handling change requests, and mapping business processes.
