Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of departmental goals and objectives, ensuring the successful delivery of educational programs.
- Support the education department in adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage confidential records, schedules, and data pertinent to educational classes and community partnerships.
- Create and maintain orientation materials for new staff, interns, and temporary personnel.
- Facilitate internal meetings to encourage interdepartmental collaboration.
- Oversee multiple departmental calendars, including processing requisitions, timesheets, purchase orders, and supply orders.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting notes, scheduling, and assisting with teacher oversight.
- Gather required credentials and materials from team members.
- Execute various administrative tasks essential for the department's operations.
- Meet established deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work, both independently and collaboratively.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Education Director.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Split shift hours: 8:30 AM-12:00 PM (remote) and 5:30 PM-8:30 PM (in-person).
