Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing of intricate systems and subsystems at various locations, both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with engineers across the program to ensure adherence to Navy standards for all deliverables.
• Analyze software to confirm alignment with system, functional, and performance specifications.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes of anomalies, effectively resolving technical challenges.
• Operate within an Agile development framework to consistently deliver high-quality results.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a U.S. Navy Submarine Fire Control Technician (FT) or Sonar Technician (ST).
• Familiarity with the AN/BYG-1 combat control system (FT) or Contact Management Fire Control Display (ST) is advantageous.
• Experience with formal testing methodologies in a Department of Defense (DoD) production environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Agile development environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally is required.
• Understanding of requirements management and system modeling tools is beneficial.
• Comprehensive grasp of test engineering principles and theories.
