- Accurately enter and manage data across various systems
- Provide essential administrative support to diverse departments
- Efficiently distribute incoming faxes and mail within a paperless framework
- Type insurance policies and endorsements with precision
- Process new business applications and input data into internal systems
- Order and evaluate Motor Vehicle Reports to assist with underwriting
- Aid in claims processing by sending loss notifications to carriers and conducting follow-ups
- Collaborate with vendors for inspection reports and contribute to loss control recommendations
- Request and obtain loss runs from carriers and portals
- A robust desire to learn and advance within the insurance industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, though not mandatory
