Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into various systems to ensure precision and reliability.
  • Provide essential administrative assistance to multiple departments.
  • Oversee the management of faxes and incoming correspondence in a digital format.
  • Prepare insurance policies and endorsements through typing.
  • Support producers by processing new business applications within internal systems.
  • Request Motor Vehicle Reports to aid underwriting processes.
  • Handle claims by dispatching loss notifications to carriers and conducting necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with vendors for inspection reports and manage compliance documentation.
  • Obtain and order loss run reports from carrier portals.

Required Skills

  • A strong desire to learn and acquire new competencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
  • Capable of typing at least 40 words per minute.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a prerequisite.
