Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into various systems to ensure precision and reliability.
- Provide essential administrative assistance to multiple departments.
- Oversee the management of faxes and incoming correspondence in a digital format.
- Prepare insurance policies and endorsements through typing.
- Support producers by processing new business applications within internal systems.
- Request Motor Vehicle Reports to aid underwriting processes.
- Handle claims by dispatching loss notifications to carriers and conducting necessary follow-ups.
- Collaborate with vendors for inspection reports and manage compliance documentation.
- Obtain and order loss run reports from carrier portals.
- A strong desire to learn and acquire new competencies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
- Capable of typing at least 40 words per minute.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not a prerequisite.
