Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to clients or families within your caseload, under clinical supervision.
- Offer Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services in alignment with individualized treatment plans.
- Engage in treatment planning, updates, and discharge planning.
- Advocate for clients during treatment-related decision-making processes.
- Prepare updates on treatment plans and progress summaries.
- Implement targeted interventions as prescribed in treatment plans.
- Attend treatment team meetings for clients assigned to you.
- Collect and communicate pertinent data to agency staff as necessary.
- Complete precise progress summaries for individuals under your care.
- Assist clients in planning for discharge when applicable.
- Maintain accurate weekly progress notes and related documentation.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
- Submit necessary paperwork for clinical supervision with sufficient notice.
- Strong capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient at managing multiple tasks and meeting documentation deadlines.
- Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practices, and non-discrimination policies.
- Flexibility in managing schedules and caseloads effectively.
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, or Psychology.
- Provisional licensure under a state board, for example, PLPC, PLMFT, CSW, or LMSW.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR certification within 45 days of hire.

- Part-time: 20 hours per week.
