Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact by answering inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Offer detailed information regarding financial products and services, facilitating appointments or directing clients to financial counselors for tailored assistance.
- Address client inquiries through phone, email, or chat, following up on outreach initiatives.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain precise records while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for clients seeking personalized financial assessments.
- Manage incoming client communications with a focus on accuracy, empathy, and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute with a minimum accuracy of 80%.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and effectively.

- U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week).
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM in your local time zone, with rotating Saturdays approximately every 6-8 weeks.
