Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Contact Center Intake Specialist to join our remote team, where you will be pivotal in onboarding new clients. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting clients with inquiries about our financial products and services, and scheduling appointments with financial counselors. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients as they navigate their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to approximately 80 inbound and outbound calls each day.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English.
  • Manage client emails and perform some outbound calls related to our services.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Assist clients with questions regarding financial services and schedule appointments.
  • Accurately record client data while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Initiate financial assessments and facilitate connections with financial counselors.
  • Triaging calls and redirecting them as necessary.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Interest in personal finance and willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
  • Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00, with higher rates available in specific regions.
  • Full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek, including 8-hour shifts.
  • Work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM (local time), with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
