Key Responsibilities
- Respond to approximately 80 inbound and outbound calls each day.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Spanish and English.
- Manage client emails and perform some outbound calls related to our services.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Assist clients with questions regarding financial services and schedule appointments.
- Accurately record client data while ensuring confidentiality.
- Initiate financial assessments and facilitate connections with financial counselors.
- Triaging calls and redirecting them as necessary.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Interest in personal finance and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to regular attendance and punctuality during scheduled shifts.
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to contractual obligations.
- Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute at 80% accuracy.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00, with higher rates available in specific regions.
- Full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek, including 8-hour shifts.
- Work schedule typically runs Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM (local time), with rotating Saturdays every 6-8 weeks.
