Key Responsibilities
- Conduct an average of 50 outbound calls per hour utilizing an automated dialing system to offer, explain, and schedule no-cost healthcare evaluations with providers.
- Adhere to established scripts to ensure clarity and comfort for members, while addressing any inquiries with professionalism and respect.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude when interacting with health plan members, clients, and colleagues.
- Achieve daily objectives, which include making 300-400 outbound calls, setting 24 appointments daily, and complying with quality standards and attendance policies.
- Manage appointment adjustments, cancellations, and rescheduling while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor performance metrics, including appointments and call statistics, using designated reporting systems.
- Promptly report member complaints or escalations to the relevant manager.
- Engage in peer coaching to enhance overall performance as needed.
- Uphold all HIPAA and security protocols while handling sensitive health information.
- Exemplary communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor.
- Ability to adhere to a structured schedule, including designated start times, breaks, lunches, and end times.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems concurrently while engaging in calls.
- Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of call center experience, or 2 years of general work experience.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, metrics-driven outbound call center is preferred.
- Capable of thriving in a results-oriented outbound call center environment.
