We are excited to be growing our call center team with an outgoing team member with a caring spirit who is willing to work hard, collaborate with the team, can multi task well, and deliver excellent customer service to our clients and field teams!
Our customer care team plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences for both current and prospective customers as well as our field team members. We use clear and professional communication in a variety of platforms including inbound and outbound calls, texts, web chats, and email. It’s important to provide empathy and urgency, and leave our customers feeling cared for and valued while also giving them peace of mind when it comes to the protection of their home or business.
A successful candidate should be able to communicate clearly, professionally and with empathy, leaving every customer with a smile and a sense of value whether over the phone, email, text, or face-to-face.
This role oversees many moving parts and requires multi-tasking in a fast pace with attention to detail and follow through while delivering the best possible support to our clients and field teams.
