- Manage and enhance relationships with BPO partners and clients, ensuring satisfaction and performance alignment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with partners on performance management, including scorecard development and performance coaching.
- Lead vendor selection processes and oversee the onboarding of new BPO partners.
