Job Overview

We are actively seeking an accomplished Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. As the RVP of Business Development, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and the healthcare provider community. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at revenue enhancement by identifying and engaging both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and bolster market presence in accordance with annual sales objectives.
  • Engage in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry trade events as necessary.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports while participating in sales strategy sessions.
  • Foster new business opportunities via networking, industry events, virtual meetings, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct presentations with C-level executives at hospitals to showcase solutions and address their needs.
  • Utilize cold calling, industry conferences, and referrals to build a robust client pipeline.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions to existing customer accounts across various locations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure exceptional service and client loyalty.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Implementation Managers, and Client Services to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Remain informed about market trends and competitive offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials as requested by management.

Required Skills

  • Strong business acumen and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in conveying technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Proven project management expertise.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Quick adaptability to new concepts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of revenue cycle experience within the hospital or health system sector.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
