- Schedule appointments and oversee customer interactions from inception to completion.
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely manner.

- Provide clear explanations of services, pricing, and billing to current and prospective clientele.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and service details.
- Set up and manage customer accounts, subscriptions, and billing preferences.
- Ensure accuracy in invoices and service records.
- Efficiently route service requests to minimize customer wait times.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within customer accounts.
- Assist with additional responsibilities, including support for marketing or sales efforts.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- Starting Pay: $18.75/hr (commensurate with experience).
