What You'll Do
Stay informed about our products and marketing efforts to confidently answer customer inquiries.
Process policy updates and modifications accurately based on customer requests.
Address client concerns and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Respond to insurance-related questions, including policy coverage, billing, and general inquiries.
Verify new coverage details and deliver proof of insurance to policyholders.
What You Bring
A high school diploma or GED (required).
Previous Experience In Customer Service (essential).
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures (preferred but not required).
