Key Responsibilities
- Support the agency by processing new business applications and servicing existing policyholder policies.
- Collect complete underwriting information from walk-in/telephone prospects.
- Prepare and present competitive insurance quotes.
- Conduct claims reporting and follow-up.
- Regularly review accounts to improve retention and sell additional coverages (cross selling and account rounding).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, clients, and insurance company underwriters and sales team.
- Work on individual or corporate projects assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of policy changes.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a P&C Insurance license, or is willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Previous insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
