Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, anticipating and addressing client needs and expectations.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions and services to enhance client offerings.
  • Deliver best practices and efficient strategies to optimize virtual engagements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively recognize areas for improvement and recommend strategies to elevate client experiences.
  • Remain informed on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.
  • Manage contract modifications and terminations with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Utilize a cloud-based CRM system to monitor and manage client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-directed and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Comfortable with remote work, primarily using video and phone communication.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and other cloud-based applications.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced virtual work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in client management or a related role is preferred.
