Job Overview

As we continue to enhance our AI-driven healthcare solutions, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to significantly influence the adoption and effectiveness of groundbreaking products such as our Virtual Care Assistant (VCA) and AI Ambient Scribe (Aura). In this pivotal position, your expertise will empower healthcare organizations to transform their practices through artificial intelligence, driving measurable advancements in clinical efficiency and patient outcomes. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and clinical teams to design a cohesive customer journey that extracts maximum value from our state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute AI adoption strategies that facilitate a smooth transition to AI-based workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Establish scalable processes for clinic onboarding, training, and continuous success management, aligning with healthcare workflows and compliance regulations.
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators focused on clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice ROI; design informative dashboards that illustrate the impact of our AI solutions.
  • Partner with our medical team, including co-Chief Medical Officers, to align success strategies with clinical best practices and healthcare delivery objectives.
  • Optimize the journey from traditional practices to AI-enabled care delivery, pinpointing areas for smoother adoption and greater value maximization.
  • Implement a program for collecting and analyzing feedback from clinicians and staff to inform product development and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to establish best practices and develop healthcare-specific playbooks to support organizational scalability.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success roles, including at least 2 years in managing strategic accounts or leading customer success teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to design and implement success strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in optimizing and scaling customer success processes and playbooks.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data in demonstrating customer value and ROI.
  • Proficient in guiding cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
  • Experience in leading organizations through technology transformations.
  • Technical competency to understand and articulate the value of AI technologies within healthcare settings.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
