As we continue to advance our trailblazing healthcare solutions, we invite you to take on a pivotal role as a Customer Success Manager. In this remote position, you will be instrumental in fostering the adoption and efficacy of our innovative AI-powered products, including Virtual Care Assistants and AI Ambient Scribes. Your efforts will enable healthcare organizations to transform their operations, enhance workflow efficiencies, and drive significant improvements in patient care. By engaging collaboratively with sales, product, and clinical teams, you will ensure a streamlined customer experience that maximizes the value derived from our AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Adoption Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions, ensuring seamless transitions to AI-enhanced workflows and optimizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Healthcare Process Optimization: Develop scalable processes for onboarding, training, and ongoing success management that are in alignment with healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
  • Clinical Impact Metrics: Define and monitor success metrics that reflect clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and ROI. Design dashboards to highlight the tangible impacts of our AI innovations.
  • Clinical Partnership Development: Collaborate with our medical team to align success strategies with clinical best practices and healthcare delivery objectives.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Analyze and refine the customer journey from traditional practices to AI-enabled care delivery, identifying avenues to streamline adoption and maximize value.
  • Voice of Healthcare Program: Establish and oversee a structured program for gathering, analyzing, and acting upon feedback from clinicians and staff to enhance product development and service offerings.
  • Success Team Development: Partner with the Customer Success team to construct a scalable framework, including the development of healthcare-specific playbooks and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer success, with at least 2 years managing strategic accounts or leading customer success teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated capability to devise and implement strategies that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Process Excellence: Proven experience in creating and refining scalable customer success processes and playbooks.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in leveraging data to showcase customer value and ROI.
  • Guidance: Acumen in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across various levels.
  • Change Management: Background in facilitating organizations through technological transformations.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare settings, alongside effective communication of their value.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with both technical and clinical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in customer success roles, with experience in healthcare technology preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
