- Process various service requests, including adding/removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and dispatching policy documents.
- Address customer inquiries regarding their existing insurance policies, covering key aspects like coverage details and benefits.
- Proactively engage with customers at risk of cancellation to explore retention solutions and maintain their policies.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to assist customers.
- Detail-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Competitive Pay: \(18.00 - \)21.00 per hour.
- Full Licensing Support: We will cover the costs associated with obtaining your P&C license (anticipated within the first 60 days of employment).
