- Conduct thorough data analyses to support ongoing reporting initiatives, enhance data visualization efforts, and promote data literacy throughout the organization.
- Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Design and execute data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate findings and insights.
- Manage a diverse range of operational data, including budgets, contracts, and human resources information, to align with strategic organizational objectives.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Comprehensive understanding of machine learning methodologies and their applicable uses.
- Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python and R for data analytics and modeling purposes.
