Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of strategic objectives that resonate with the overall goals of the franchise brand.
- Oversee daily operations to guarantee efficient processes while providing vital support for franchise partners.
- Continuously evaluate business processes and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize information systems and applications aimed at enhancing franchise performance.
- Supervise the onboarding and training processes for new franchisees throughout their initial six months.
- Regularly assess financial performance, adjust operations as necessary, and ensure compliance with monthly EBITA objectives.
- Administer essential operational systems, including G Suite, Wordpress, Franchise360, Remote Server, CFS, AdWords, and QuickBooks.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies to uphold ethical and business integrity.
- Foster a respectful and ethical workplace culture, delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Encourage franchisee satisfaction by leading a dedicated support team.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to a diverse team across various departments.
