Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust programmatic strategy that corresponds with overarching business objectives and client needs.
- Proactively identify and investigate emerging industry trends to unlock new avenues for programmatic innovation and expansion.
- Oversee the execution, optimization, and analysis of programmatic campaigns to guarantee optimal performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Employ data-driven methodologies through advanced targeting and creative strategies to assess and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of programmatic strategists to create a collaborative, high-achieving environment.
- Represent the programmatic division in client discussions and presentations, articulating the value and strategic outlook of our campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid search, marketing operations, and creative to enrich our programmatic product suite.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within a performance marketing agency.
- Profound understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, ad exchanges, data providers, and measurement frameworks.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept in tools such as Excel/Sheets and Google Analytics to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a talent for motivating and cultivating teams.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment and achieve results while continuously seeking innovative programmatic strategies.
- Proficient in engaging with C-suite executives and managing significant accounts, including leading annual reviews and renewal discussions.
- A solid performance marketing orientation for B2B, along with a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for programmatic success in the SaaS and B2B tech sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
