Key Responsibilities
- Deliver brief, solution-focused counseling interventions to effectively address clients’ concerns and challenges.
- Ensure client safety and administer necessary interventions for individuals at risk of self-harm or harm to others.
- Make suitable referrals for long-term treatment when appropriate, leveraging available benefits and community resources.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all client interactions in compliance with established systems.
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, upholding a high standard of clinical care.
- Perform diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary in response to client progress.
- Manage a caseload with efficiency, ensuring timely transfers and discharges to maintain optimal client care.

- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

- Familiarity with treatment issues and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
- Exceptional communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service and clinical judgment.

- Strong skills in documentation, assessment, and treatment planning.
