- Daily Management: Oversee the CEO's daily, weekly, and quarterly commitments through effective communication with the team and other departments. Collaborate with the Personal Assistant to ensure the CEO is prepared for all responsibilities.
- Strategic Alignment: Align daily tasks and projects with EOS principles, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how various departments intersect. Maintain detailed notes, organize priorities, and distribute action items while proactively learning about the business.
- Idea Execution: Capture and prioritize the CEO's ideas, developing actionable plans aligned with operational standards. Ensure follow-through on projects to maintain organization and satisfaction with outcomes.
- Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize emails, and take appropriate actions in their stead. Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense tracking for a smooth experience.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics for in-person events, including retreats, client meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are handled with accountability and quality follow-up.
