Key Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline development by proactively identifying new sales opportunities through robust outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with referral partners to generate leads and expand our market reach.
- Upsell advanced retirement solutions to our existing Human Capital Management (HCM) clientele.
- Work in tandem with fellow HCM Sales Executives to propel growth initiatives.
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Present compelling presentations that effectively communicate the advantages of our retirement offerings.
- Develop persuasive proposals that align client requirements with our solution capabilities.
- Set clear timelines for sales processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Dealhub to monitor sales activities and progress.
- Consistently surpass established sales targets and achieve remarkable results.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple sales engagements in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful and solution-focused, driven by the desire to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent skills in relationship building and client service.
- Proficient in using Salesforce.com and various virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
- U.S. Driver's License is a requirement.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in retirement plans or HCM solutions is essential.
- A proven track record in selling SaaS or analogous technology solutions is advantageous.

- Base salary range: \(70,000 - \)75,000, with an OTE of $130,000 featuring an uncapped commission plan.
