We are actively seeking a driven and enthusiastic Retirement Sales Executive (RSE) to become an integral part of our expanding remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating opportunities, significantly contributing to our revenue through an extensive array of retirement solutions. This position is designed for high achievers who thrive in a pipeline-driven environment, focused on not only meeting but exceeding sales goals while delivering unparalleled value to our prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline development by proactively identifying new sales opportunities through robust outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to generate leads and expand our market reach.
  • Upsell advanced retirement solutions to our existing Human Capital Management (HCM) clientele.
  • Work in tandem with fellow HCM Sales Executives to propel growth initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Present compelling presentations that effectively communicate the advantages of our retirement offerings.
  • Develop persuasive proposals that align client requirements with our solution capabilities.
  • Set clear timelines for sales processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Dealhub to monitor sales activities and progress.
  • Consistently surpass established sales targets and achieve remarkable results.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple sales engagements in a dynamic environment.
  • Resourceful and solution-focused, driven by the desire to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent skills in relationship building and client service.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce.com and various virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting or Webex.
  • U.S. Driver's License is a requirement.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in retirement plans or HCM solutions is essential.
  • A proven track record in selling SaaS or analogous technology solutions is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary range: \(70,000 - \)75,000, with an OTE of $130,000 featuring an uncapped commission plan.
  • Comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one, which includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA.
  • Company-sponsored Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability.
  • 401(k) plan with a 3% safe harbor contribution.
