Key Responsibilities
- Direct financial operations encompassing budgeting, procurement, financial planning, and business management.

- Ensure strict compliance with relevant governmental regulations.
- Supervise financial reporting, payroll, contract negotiations, and overall business administration.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience within a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and report-writing software.
- Strong analytical capabilities alongside experience in payroll, business administration, process improvement, data analytics, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration, or a related discipline.
- CPA, CMA, CHFP, or FHFMA certification.
- 7 years of finance or accounting experience with 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience within an academic medical center or physician practice.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and project management.
