Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by addressing their support inquiries and providing effective solutions.
- Enhance customer documentation, including FAQs, onboarding materials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to engage customers using digital tools.
- Identify both high-potential and high-risk customers to deliver customized support.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, introducing them to our range of products, including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to create customer engagement plans that align with customer objectives.
- Engage proactively with customers to uncover challenges and opportunities.
