In this remote position, you will be instrumental in nurturing client relationships and driving significant growth within the HR consulting landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, discovery calls, and consultations to effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline while consistently exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Become adept at utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure accurate reporting and follow-up by tracking all sales and client service activities within the CRM.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting sales or Human Capital Management (HCM).
- 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to fostering relationships and delivering excellent client service.
- A positive, ambitious, and self-motivated mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
