Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming background check requests, ensuring the meticulous capture of data and case setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Investigative Analysts and Verifications, to ensure seamless transitions and consistent service delivery.
  • Review and validate client information for completeness, proactively identifying and rectifying any missing details to avoid delays.
  • Maintain precise and current records of intake activities within our case management system.
  • Prioritize tasks based on client needs and timelines, ensuring timely handling of cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify information and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Contribute to ongoing process enhancements, providing insights to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in data entry and record maintenance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and rapport-building.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and case management systems (experience with CRM software is advantageous).

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

  • Salary: $15.00 per hour
