Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Local Success Coach to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cultural exchange and childcare, and who excel at building meaningful relationships. As a Local Success Coach, you will contribute significantly to enriching the lives of families and international young adults in your community while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to Host Families throughout the matching process
• Educate families and Au Pairs on program guidelines and policies
• Conduct in-home family assessments and site visits
• Facilitate orientations for new Au Pairs in their homes
• Maintain regular communication with Host Families and Au Pairs via phone and in-person meetings
• Organize cultural events to enhance the experience of Au Pairs
• Collaborate with our headquarters to ensure ongoing support for families
• Assist in resolving conflicts and managing issues that arise
• Participate in marketing initiatives to expand the program in your local area

Compensation And Benefits

Your earnings will correspond to the number of active families you support:

• For an area with 3 families: Estimated 1.4 hours per week (74 hours per year) with potential annual earnings up to $4,500
• For an area with 11 families: Estimated 3.0 hours per week (161 hours per year) with potential annual earnings up to $9,300
  
  

As an independent contractor, you will receive monthly compensation based on completed services.
