Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a holistic marketing strategy that boosts customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Supervise all marketing operations and analytics to guarantee transparency and efficacy in our initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team of 10-15 professionals, attracting exceptional talent and nurturing a culture of creativity and teamwork.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to synchronize marketing campaigns and initiatives across the organization.
- Drive the successful launch of new product features and services in partnership with the leadership team.
- Elevate our brand presence through strategic storytelling, thought leadership, and active participation in industry events.
- Promote client awareness and usage of our platform.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.

- 10 years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and guiding diverse teams.
