Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the payer enrollment process, ensuring timely enrollment of healthcare providers.
- Manage a talented team of Enrollment Specialists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding enrollment statuses.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and prioritize cross-training initiatives.
- Navigate payer portals such as PECOS, GA Medicaid, and Optum to facilitate efficient enrollment.
- Extensive experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, and managing payer portals.
- Proven leadership capabilities, particularly in managing remote teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, especially in presenting information to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Verity is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payer enrollment or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
