Key Responsibilities
- Complete a comprehensive daily checklist for a client portfolio of over 200 accounts.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the outset.
- Collaborate effectively with Media Buying and Delivery teams to guarantee optimal account setup and management.
- Update and manage client information within our CRM system as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular outreach to clients to monitor service satisfaction and address any issues.
- Schedule appointments for detailed client consultations to discuss their needs and progress.
- Organize client requests and tasks systematically, maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Provide coaching to clients, fostering their development and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Take a proactive role in client retention initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
- A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership over your work and success.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management and retention.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building robust client relationships.
- A demonstrable history of reliable attendance and a strong determination to achieve results.
- Experience in phone sales, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation (preferred).
- Previous coaching or sales management experience (preferred).
- Proven leadership qualities are essential.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, requiring a reliable internet connection and a focused work environment.
- A willingness to continually learn and grow alongside a supportive team of professionals.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, B2B sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer retention is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Starting Salary: \(48,000 annually, with potential earnings exceeding \)120,000 based on performance.
- Performance-based bonus structure linked to client retention.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, with weekend availability required.
