Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily check-ins for a portfolio of over 200 clients.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with our Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure efficient account management.
- Update and maintain client records within our CRM system.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and address any concerns promptly.
- Proactively reach out to clients to verify that services are functioning smoothly.
- Schedule and organize in-depth client consultations.
- Efficiently manage client requests while keeping an organized task list.
- Provide coaching and support to clients to maximize their satisfaction and results.
- Lead initiatives focused on problem-solving and fostering client retention.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A proven track record of reliability and dedication to achieving results.
- Phone sales experience, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation, is a plus.
- Experience in coaching or sales management is desirable.
