Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for over 200 client accounts, ensuring their specific needs are not only met but surpassed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, setting them up for success from the outset.
- Collaborate closely with our Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure an efficient account setup and client onboarding experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Update client CRM profiles and accounts to maintain accurate and current information.
- Engage with clients proactively to confirm their satisfaction with our services and address any inquiries.
- Provide coaching to clients to maximize their results and contribute to retention efforts.
- Employ a proactive approach to manage client requests and resolve challenges swiftly and effectively.
- A motivated and ambitious mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management, customer retention, or a related field.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage in business-level discussions.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities to handle a diverse range of responsibilities.
- Experience in sales, particularly in appointment setting and lead generation, is advantageous.
- Background in coaching or sales management is preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of inspiring and guiding others.
