Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a daily operational checklist to ensure seamless service for an extensive client base (200 ).
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating closely with the Media Buying Team to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Partner with the Delivery Team to guarantee proper setup of client accounts.
- Update and maintain client CRM records and accounts as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with a proactive and positive approach.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor service delivery and satisfaction.
- Schedule comprehensive discussions with clients to assess progress and address needs.
- Maintain an organized list of client requests and effectively manage client accounts.
- Mentor clients to help them achieve optimal results from our services.
