- Manage and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Oversee real estate projects, including vendor payments, insurance coordination, and maintaining task lists.
- Responsible for reconciling bank accounts and managing bill payments.
- Provide vital administrative support, encompassing scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Execute personal errands and other tasks as required, including picking up supplies and arranging meetings.
- Travel to various offices, residences, and project sites as necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
