Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to establish the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive the development, launch, and iterative enhancement of complex features and systems.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough research and leverage insights to steer strategy and informed decision-making.
- Partner cross-functionally with various departments such as Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and Product Support to ensure cohesive product rollouts.
- Assume ownership of product-related decisions and independently advance projects.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, particularly within SaaS applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in a startup setting.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities to foster collaboration and keep initiatives on track.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive self-starter, eager to engage and resolve challenges.
- Technical acumen, including familiarity with complex systems, APIs, and database structures to support product functionalities.
- 3 years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS.
- Familiarity with startup environments is valuable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- This position is fully remote within the United States.
- Compensation for mid-level roles ranges from \(130,000 to \)160,000, while senior roles range from \(150,000 to \)180,000, contingent upon experience.
