Role Overview

We are searching for a proactive and technologically adept Product Manager to become an integral part of our evolving team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the development and scaling of key products designed to aid real estate teams and agents in navigating an increasingly dynamic market. Your involvement will span the entire product lifecycle, from initial development through to launch, providing an opportunity to significantly influence our overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior management to establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Design, develop, and launch sophisticated features that align with the long-term product vision.
• Oversee the complete product development process, ensuring high quality and timely releases.
• Conduct comprehensive research to derive insights that will inform strategic decisions.
• Promote cross-departmental collaboration to facilitate product success, including the creation of sales materials with the Sales team and defining workflows with Onboarding.
• Take full ownership of product-related decisions and autonomously advance projects.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience within a startup setting.
• Strong project management abilities and organizational skills, with a proven capacity to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A self-motivated attitude with a readiness to take the initiative and discover solutions.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to understand complex systems, databases, and APIs, ensuring both immediate and future product requirements are met.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• This position is fully remote within the U.S.
• Competitive compensation based on experience, with salary ranges between \(130k to \)160k for mid-level candidates and \(150k to \)180k for senior candidates.
