Key Responsibilities

Role

As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the vision and execution of our core products aimed at helping real estate teams effectively capture, nurture, and convert leads. Your role includes:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Leading the complete product development cycle, ensuring high-quality results.
• Conducting in-depth market research and synthesizing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Developing and deploying innovative features that address user requirements and stimulate growth.
• Coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, including:
• Creating sales resources in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Drafting customer rollout strategies with the Account Management team.
• Defining workflows in partnership with the Onboarding team.
• Training support teams to meet user needs.
• Managing transitions or updates across all departments.
• Taking ownership of product decisions and working independently.
  

Required Skills

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, preferably within SaaS applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in a startup environment with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure successful cross-team collaboration.
• A detail-oriented problem-solver who approaches challenges with creativity.
• Technical proficiency with the capability to discuss topics such as database schemas, APIs, and complex systems to align products with long-term objectives.
• A self-starter attitude, enthusiastic about diving into challenges headfirst.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

This position is fully remote and open to candidates within the U.S. We offer:

• A competitive salary ranging from \(150,000 to \)180,000 per year, dependent on experience.
