Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach to prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Foster relationships with referral partners to generate leads.
- Upsell retirement solutions to our existing Human Capital Management (HCM) clientele.
- Collaborate with current HCM Sales Executives to stimulate growth.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to identify client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Present compelling demonstrations that underscore the advantages of our retirement offerings.
- Craft persuasive proposals that align with client requirements and our service capabilities.
- Define concise sales timelines to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Utilize tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Dealhub to monitor sales activities and progress.
- Consistently exceed established sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience in retirement plans or HCM solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS or comparable technology solutions is favorable.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage various sales engagements in a dynamic environment.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset, driven by achieving results.
- Exceptional relationship-building and client service capabilities.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com and virtual selling platforms like GoToMeeting or Webex.
- A valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
