Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead multiple project teams to efficiently plan and execute public works transportation initiatives.
• Provide strategic oversight to guarantee alignment with organizational and community objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project performance, track milestones, and address arising conflicts effectively.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments, clients, and municipalities.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage contracts, including change orders and service agreements.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and actively engage in issue resolution.
• Mentor and train team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Promote best practices in project management and advocate for ongoing improvement.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences and events, showcasing thought leadership.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• At least 15 years of experience managing public works projects within established scope and budget.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities with aptitude for mentoring teams.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that foster collaboration across various disciplines.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with contract management and project financial oversight.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as necessary.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
