Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead multiple project teams to efficiently plan and execute public works transportation initiatives.
- Provide strategic oversight to guarantee alignment with organizational and community objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and address arising conflicts effectively.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across departments, clients, and municipalities.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the project team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage contracts, including change orders and service agreements.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and actively engage in issue resolution.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- At least 15 years of experience managing public works projects within established scope and budget.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Pipe Networks.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities with aptitude for mentoring teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that foster collaboration across various disciplines.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with contract management and project financial oversight.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in managing public works projects.
