Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and technical support to program managers across all management levels.
- Formulate strategic plans, goals, and objectives for program implementation and administration.
- Utilize advanced strategic thinking to engage with employees and management at all organizational levels.
- Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate organizational development and bolster key projects.
- Proficiency in leadership development and instructional design processes for the enhancement of leadership programs.
- Experience with methodologies that improve organizational and team effectiveness.
- Mastery in coaching, change management, performance assessment, and business acumen.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Google Meet.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and various software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, surveys, and assessments to support leadership development initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management; or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is mandatory.
