Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation and technical support to program managers across all management levels.
  • Formulate strategic plans, goals, and objectives for program implementation and administration.
  • Utilize advanced strategic thinking to engage with employees and management at all organizational levels.
  • Establish and monitor metrics to evaluate organizational development and bolster key projects.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in leadership development and instructional design processes for the enhancement of leadership programs.
  • Experience with methodologies that improve organizational and team effectiveness.
  • Mastery in coaching, change management, performance assessment, and business acumen.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, and Google Meet.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and various software applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews, surveys, and assessments to support leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field coupled with a minimum of 10 years of experience in change management; or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI) is mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from \(59,000 to \)200,000 annually, influenced by experience, training, and qualifications. Compensation decisions are based on the candidate’s skill set and business requirements. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Environment

While primarily based in the Washington D.C. Metro area, this role allows for flexibility with remote work options. Please note that travel expenses to the primary work location will not be reimbursed for those residing outside the area.
