Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing borrowers, offering customized loan solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency at every step.
- Manage a high volume of quality inbound leads (80-130 monthly) from screened homebuyers.
- Collaborate closely with numerous real estate partners to ensure swift and seamless closings.
- Leverage advanced technology, including automated communication tools and CRM systems, to engage effectively with clients.
- Oversee refinances and referrals from your funded clients, fostering long-term business success.
- Lock loans at the point of sale, gathering necessary documentation and submitting complete loan packages accurately.
- Structure and price loans competently to align with client objectives and financial profiles.
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Possession of an active NMLS license; additional state licenses are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of conventional and government loan programs, both for purchase and refinance.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple clients and loan files in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented mindset coupled with a passion for sales and outstanding customer service.
- Proven experience in loan origination with a strong track record.
- Well-versed in both conventional and government loan programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an NMLS license being essential.
