Key Responsibilities
- Provide supplementary assistance to Dedicated Executive Assistants (DEAs) across a variety of administrative tasks, including coverage during absences and involvement in special projects.
- Manage and oversee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Conduct travel research, which encompasses flight bookings, accommodations, and itinerary development.
- Facilitate efficient calendar and email management to optimize scheduling and communication.
- Create, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports tailored to various client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other deliverables for clients.
- Engage in light project management related to business initiatives.
- Address a variety of miscellaneous administrative requests from clients.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of clients and DEAs to ensure prompt support.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with calendar and email management in a corporate environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience in remote work settings preferred.
- Ability to respond to requests within 2 hours during business hours.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, or a similar support position.
- Proven track record of managing concurrent projects effectively.
