- Assume responsibility for executive support activities, including managing marketing platforms, updating websites, coordinating with third-party services, creating content, and overseeing social media.
- Facilitate seamless communication with clients, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Compile and present daily and weekly reports to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Maintain meticulous time tracking and reporting practices.
- Engage in regular team meetings and occasionally lead meetings with clients as required.
