Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Trust (Security & Privacy) teams.
• Develop and execute the technical vision and framework for applications, data pipelines, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a talented team of over 40 engineers, fostering collaboration and career development.
• Address intricate challenges by designing and implementing cross-functional solutions that enhance our platform.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the scalability, security, and reliability of our systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align technological efforts with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes while promoting an inclusive team culture.

• Strong expertise in modern architectures including microservices, AI/ML, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in key technologies such as React/Next.js, Ruby on Rails, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Airflow, and PostgreSQL.

• Base Salary: \(240,000 - \)270,000 annually.
