Join our dynamic team as the Vice President of Silicon Operations, where you will play a crucial role in spearheading the comprehensive supply chain management for our semiconductor products. We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader with extensive experience in supply chain management within the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the complete supply chain processes for all silicon products, including Endpoint ICs and Reader ICs.
  • Craft and execute a forward-looking 5-year supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to formulate accurate demand forecasts for effective short-, mid-, and long-term planning.
  • Design and oversee a robust wafer supply strategy that aligns with both supply and financial objectives.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with contract manufacturers to streamline the transformation of wafers into finished goods.
  • Maintain exceptional quality and customer service while achieving financial, operational, and sustainability targets.
  • Lead sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and management of supplier relationships for raw materials, manufacturing, and logistics on a global scale.
  • Supervise manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure flawless execution.
  • Track, analyze, and enhance key performance indicators to elevate supply chain performance.
  • Manage both capital and operational budgets to underpin supply chain initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and foster a high-performing team to drive rapid business growth.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including 5-7 years in leadership roles within a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in supplier management, cost reduction strategies, and maintaining on-time delivery.
  • Strong negotiation acumen with experience in securing large-scale, multi-year contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale organizations, enhance processes, and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within ISO9001 standards or in a regulated industry.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong communication skills.
