Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-spectrum supply chain for all silicon products, ensuring a fluid transition from procurement to final delivery.
- Formulate and execute a robust 5-year supply chain strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management teams to create accurate demand forecasts across various timeframes.
- Guarantee alignment of the wafer supply strategy with overarching supply and financial objectives.
- Spearhead the expansion and administration of a network of contract manufacturers to convert wafers into finished offerings.
- Uphold exceptional standards of quality and customer service while balancing financial, operational, and social responsibility goals.
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, including negotiation and relationship management with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Supervise manufacturing and logistics operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, monitor, and continuously enhance key performance indicators related to the supply chain.
- Manage both capital and operational budgets to effectively support supply chain demands.
- Cultivate and enhance the team to ensure the organization can swiftly scale in response to rising demand.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Proven experience in supplier management and cost reduction initiatives.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the capacity to navigate complex contracts.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards or experience within regulated industries.

- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with 5-7 years in a managerial capacity within a global organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Experience negotiating large-scale, long-term contracts with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Proven ability to lead and scale both personnel and processes effectively.
